Christy Marx was married to Peter Ledger from 1983 until his untimely death in 1994. She lives and works as a writer in the United States. Her comic book credits include Sisterhood of Steel, Birds of Prey and Sword of Sorcery.
Gary Chaloner
Gary Chaloner launched the first Ledger Awards in 2005 and retired from the Organising Committee in 2020. His comics projects include the 2005 Ledger Award-winning Will Eisner’s John Law, Adventure Illustrated featuring Flash Damingo and The Jackaroo and The Undertaker Morton Stone.
Tim McEwen
Tim McEwen‘s best known comics work is Greener Pastures, co-created in 1990 with Michael Michalandos. Tim’s the co-founder of Supanova Pop Culture Expo, a film storyboard and concept artist, illustrator, educator, designer and dad. He relaunched the Ledger Awards in 2014 and retired from the Organising Committee in 2020.
