Comic Arts Awards of Australia Acknowledging excellence in Australian comics publishing
It’s that time of year! Time to submit your Australian comics project to the 2018 Long List!
The Long List is a list of Australian comics published in the calendar year of 2018. You can submit as many comics as you like and they needn’t be your own. We would like to ensure that the widest net is cast for eligible projects each year.
Judged by a panel of experts, the awards are open to any individual comics/sequential art project, either in print and/or digital/web, that are produced (all or in part) by an Australian creator (who identifies as Australian or lives in Australia), or publishers whose main business operations are based in Australia.
The Ledger Awards are not a popularity vote, with the judges being asked to consider each project on its own merits in creativity, craft and execution.
Call for entries will close: December 31, 2018.
